Our Spa Sanctuary
This is one of the most comprehensive Spas you will come across, equipped with latest rejuvenation sciences. It comprises two couple treatment suites with Jacuzzis, steam and shower, six single treatment suites with steam and shower, a relaxation lounge, the wellness café, and a unisex fitness centre.
The experiential treatment area consists of sensorial loungers, an expansive hammam, Vichy shower, an ice chute with changing and shower area, among a host of other wellness facilities.
Our Aryuveda SanctuaryThis is a beautifully designed independent structure, offering time-honoured and holistic Ayurveda programmes. Treatments are administered in special suites that have been conceived in the traditional style of an Ayurveda physician or Vaidya’s house. The Sanctuary also comprises yoga studios, whereas the outdoor area offers a reflexology path, tranquil meditation courtyards and landscaped relaxation zones.
Skilled Ayurveda physicians will put you through holistic healing for Pain Relief (Svastha), Detox (Shodhana) and Sleep (Nidra). Signature experiences include Panchakarma, Vishrama, Sushupti and Pehlwan Malish.
